mainly they can't take the drastic increase in power very well.

if you are going to turbo your auto, don't forget to buy a tranny cooler and get a valve body upgrade to protect your tranny.

Then you'll prolly want the valve body upgrade from ZPI

300 whp from an auto....gonna need a little more than just one of those kits.....if i had an auto, wouldn't want that drastic of a tq increase without making sure my tranny could definetly hold it....best investment would be a torque converter, if you could find someone that makes one for a tC

Level 10 offers torque converters. You can email them and ask them what they can offer you. I currently can't view their page for some reason but they could probably help you out.

Level10 is the worst company to deal with. Dont ever go with them. They never got their RSX auto torque convertor running right.

Any reputable trans company can modify your stock TC. Protorque and IPT are some of the good ones.

With a boosted auto, for best insurance, run a tranny cooler + Amsoil ATF. (the only synthetic atf compatible with our Yoda's)

Well, that would be your opinion. I myself have had a good expereince speaking with them. They came HIGHLY recommended from a reputable company that is always on Scionlife and sells many parts for the tC. Plus, they do all the stuff for team Lexus.

its called "marketing". i've done some research about trans companies around. Most guys who use high stalls prefer Protorque and IPT over Level10. My RSX is running IPT's full overhaul race trans. They even bought me a spare TC and modified it for me to try before i buy. Heard many great reviews from protorque also. Check NASIOC and DSM forums. But if u feel comfortable with them, then go ahead. They built their reputation enough to stay in business for so long.
