ok this is the problen. ever since i got the supercharger installed(mponth ago) i been hearing a noise. its not the normal kind where its a whine but like it happens right before i redline. it makes like a grinding nosie like i have bust something. almost sounds like throw a peice a metal in the sink dispolsal and turning it on. need some help on what it could be. also lately i have been smelling something weird too. its a weird smell like not burnt but i dont know how to explain it. and today i gat gas and the car feltt like it was trying not to die like the rpm would go down to 500 and kinda shiver and shake the car every time i stoped and when i would shift gears it would kinda backfire. well need some help. i dont have anything done to the supercharger except the header. let me know on what u think

 

Ummm....take it back to where you got the install?

 

take it to the dealer...could be the pulley bearings

 

Take the header off before you bring it to the dealer if you want any kind of warranty work done. TRD is a bunch of _____es when it comes to warrantying anything. Check the shaft on the side of the s/c compressor and see if its leaking oil.
