Ok I got my aem fic + harness back and my car is up and running, the problem I am running into are the boost gauge needle flutters a lot and I have no idea why. Plus I am getting the following check engine light codes.

P0138 O2Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank #1 Sensor #2).
P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem.
P0301 Cylinder #1 — Misfire Detected.

I got the cylinder # 1 misfire detected I gaped the spark plugs and changed them around, and the code did not show back up until two or three days later. So I switched the coils the other day, and have not gotten the check engine light for it yet.

But the other two keep showing up, and I cleaned the maf sensor. The car seems to be running fine, I have been looking around forums and not finding a solution.

ok the flutter action could be due to where your boost gauge vac line is tapped. run vac to breakbooster.

the codes are tuning related i suspect. get it tuned is about all i can say. sounds like the maf map isnt clamped or its clamped with too high of a value. 02 map voltage may be off on the o2 code your getting.

I had o2 and maf lights until I got it tuned. I was getting missfire alot too but again after a tune it cleared up.

Another thing to check is that you have the two resistors on your harness. No more no less. If you have 3 = bad. 0 = codes but will run.

I have a megan mid section exhaust, and it has a high flow cat on it. could that cause the o2 to go off.

Maybe, you could get an anti-fouler. Buddy of mine at work has no cats and straight pipe exhaust with no codes.

doesnt matter who tuned it the thing is you now have a different harness that i suspect would have changed something....retune is the best advice i can give.

just an example, i tuned a guy with a resistor on his o2 lead from his harness, this made me have to up the voltage on the o2 map in idle to make it run a steedy 14.7. the resistor burned out the next day, so it was sent for repair and came back without a resistor on the o2 leads. this changed the whole closed loop area of the tune.

I would start with retune and confer with mike in trouble shooting.

Did they replace both your FIC And harness?

When we were trouble shooting we found both had an issue.

there was nothing wrong with the fic, and they fixed the two wires on the harness and did not find any thing wrong with it.

Guess thats the answer bud..

i mean you can come back and ill attempt a retune..

But last time when i tried ur fic on his harness it was messing up doing funny things.. swapped his fic in.. perfect..

When you left i told you for sure bud there was an issue with both..

maybe the harness fried the ecu..

put your tune back on it then. It takes 10 seconds.

I did put the tune back on as soon as got it, and I did the recalibration on it. when I reset the ecu it codes do not come up right away, they normally come up the next day.
