im guessing those are for an evo. they look a bit too long imo, but they might work. and if those are for an evo, im thinkin you wouldnt have to get new clips considering they use Denso as well. it tells you the size on the site, but im not sure what the stock size is.

I don't know the precise injector size spec's but Five-O does, as do RCE, Deatschwerks, et al. Why not call any of them and ask about your options?

it will be the same price to get a set of deatschwerks as the ones you listed. mine as well get ones that you know fit, are plug and play, and have been flow tested

How did you calculate your injector duty cycle?

There is no way you injector is running a 101% duty cycle first off an injector can only run 100% max also if you are trying to say you are running a 100% duty cycle its impossible, the injector would be open all the time and literally pouring fuel in your engine. I can’t remember exact number but after you reach the high 80's% or low 90's% the injector starts becoming sporadic and staying open anyway. Please explain what you are running i.e. turbo, what other fuel mods you have, and other mods.

fic is bascially saying i maxed the injectors out so i need to upgrade them or convince my buddy he needs to spend an extra 400 on a return kit instead of injectors imo return line is better but he doesnt want to so im not gonna make him

FWIW, when I was running the APR X-1 it reported accurate IDC and my 440cc inj's were hitting 95% IDC at 11.5:1 AFR with 7psi and ~280BHP. This was using the oem fuel system and pressure. You should be able to use this info to help calculate the required fuel pressure or new inj size for your app. If you're planning to run more than 8psi I'd go with bigger injectors even with a FPR & return kit.

Check these links:

I am just trying to help show you the principles of injector operation so you can truly make an informed decision of what your actual need/requirement is.
BTW this was megasquirs website for the 2nd link just explaining fuel systems and calculations.
