Default New Dyno sheet and Videos

Running a little lean, gonna resolve that issue, get my exhaust on, and break 300whp . Then im done. Will only do things to make better (LSD maybe). Videos later.

Ran 263whp 285tq in Kentucky
Ran 256whp 275tq Virginia Beach

Definitely noticed room for retuning, spiked as high as 14afr at wot during low rpms. Not very good so we are working that issue. Runs like a champ though, this motor can take a beating.

Good stuff bro. The car looks good all around. I'm amazed that the engine still jumps that much even with the stiffy in there. What setting is the etd on?

You would prolly be in the 270-280's on a dyno jet.

Nice job!!

i have the stiffy set on what ever it came with. i dont have wrenches big enough to adjust it. first things first i need a new rubber piece that seperates the stiffy from the bolt because the one i have on there dry rotted while i was gone for 6 months. yeah i will probably hit much higher numbers on a dynojet but thats ok. i want to break 300whp on this dyno with my new exhaust. gotta figure out why im running rich in the middle of wot first.

tell you what though, when my car pulled up people kinda chuckled, they though my intercooler was a painted radiator. since my car is so quiet they thought it was stock so i could hear the snickers throughout the crowd. soon as the hood popped the same people who were snickering couldnt keep their jaws off the floor. gave me a good laugh.. they will go home and know that the tC is a very capable car now .. man i cant wait to retune with exhaust.

good luck. they are good people. i have sent them an email regarding my tune. i recall while we were tuning my car that at the same rpms it was running pig rich and im wondering if the wideband they were using was making a mistake and it got changed to opposite. pretty soon i am gonna learn to tune it lol.

Yeah, I thought those sounded like 8 PSI #'s. Cool beans, yeah you definitely will get your gains when you let the turbo breathe with the new exhaust. What exhaust are you getting?

by the way, those are some damn good #'s your putting down with just a stock exhaust and 8 PSI

Yes, take care of your trouble spots first. Cause I can see it now, your tune spike caused you to blow the motor and you post about it......the thread would be filled with...."oh you shouldn't have bought ZPI" comments...

true. like i told zpi, when i was there there were a section of rpms that would drop pig rich. whats weird is this same section is running real lean. i think their wideband was messing up and they were trying to tune around that pig rich spike. very weird. but anyhow i have already posted my experience with zpi and was very pleased so the comments wont be necessary, plus keep in mind the air in kentucky and the air in virginia beach is a world different.

correct. i had to drive through the appalacians (spelling) on the way home and i believe va beach is much closer to sea level then louisville. oh well when i get it all figured out ill post a new dyno sheet. until retuned ill just drive normal and stay out of the boost.
