hooah. i havn't tested it yet...but eh.



Changed cal-file extension to "xxx.fi6".
Added injector size change wizard.
Added base fuel-map creation wizard.
Added base ignition-map creation wizard.
Hide the MAF fuel-map. It's now only accessible by a small button on the MAP fuel-map form.
Added pin re-try limit. After eight unsuccessful pin entry attempts the program will need to be restarted.
Improved form centering when loading a form.
Added direct entry of AFR on O2 form for voltage and offset modes.
Changed re-flashing. The re-flash now does not need a cal-file and will attempt to auto-find the FIC com-port.

hehe, it's been around for a bit! Was talked about in a couple outher threads (some of the dezod threads iirc) should be a huge benefit to the tuner!

I'm concerned with the "may require you to recalibrate" thingy.
After I get my new pipes, your coming over and clean up my tune a bit, right? My new exhaust made idle go rich again, and my changes dont' see to take effect...you think I should clear my ECU to delete the long term fuel map?

 

goddamn it! i just got my AEM f/ic on friday,and now there is a new one out...why do the gods of tuning hate me so much?

 

its not so much a new one as an update to the one youve got... the tuning gods arent that bad

 

and this is a software update so I am sure a simple flash can be done while tuning

 

yep... i had to flash my unit for the 2.1 update... so reflashing it again is a piece of cake

 

oh yeah, i started to notice that after re-reading everything, sweet, so my aem f/ic just got better before it has even been installed, awesome!

 

Yeah, 2.01 was great cause it added EUGO logging for the AEM wideband, but I haven't takent the 3.01 jump yet...any takers?

 

i might try it tonight, since i dont have the unit on my car.. lol

 

I'm not worried about doign the flash and sofware update!
I've done the flash for version 2.01 and I have the new sofware on one of my computers...what I'm concerend with is:
