why would you need a new turbine housing and manifold... i hate seeing this

Anyway, he had attempted to install the new turbo, but the downpipe did not mate to the existing turbine housing. Furthermore, he said that he did not want to get a downpipe mod made from the existing downpipe and also the comp housing is hitting the block. So, a simple solution is what was recommended.
