Default Nitrous Jet Size Calculation

Does anyone know what the fuel/nitrous jet sizes that correspond to a 35, 50, or 75 shot? i know ZEX's sizes, but looking for someone who came a bit closer than they did to achieving the best combinations for the best power. Zex's combos SUCK, cause they run hella rich, and i dont want to play around with them, so i figured someone should know on here.

not necessarily. its safe cause it has tps. i ran the kit before on a 75 shot, but never tuned the jets. they make their jet spray sizes big on the fuel side to make it extremely safe. if you tune them right, you will get major gains. but im just seeing if anyone has tuned them good, and if so what sizes they used.

PS - get a wideband if your gonna spray. might save you a motor or two ;)

So pretty much 75 shot is safe on stock motor besides a cai. I already. Have the a/f gauge I just want it to b safe so I dont blow my motor. And I dont wanna go threw the hassel of a tune and bigger injectors and wat not cuz for that I might as well go turbo.

no you dont have to go to bigger injectors or anything. you just have to tune the jets (manually) its just a lot of trial and error.

yes 75 shot is fine on the stock motor, but you should retard the ignition timing atleast 2 degrees with a 75 shot, to avoid detonation. in order to do this, you have to get greddy emanage, or anything better. aem fic will not work.

ive never had any luck with fic. but yea, nitrous is pretty safe IF you are somewhat experienced, and you take the time to make your own kit that is safe. nitrous kits arent safe, you have to buy ad ons to make them safe.

i have about 2k put into my recent nitrous set up on my auto tc, but im running a 125 shot on a built motor.

if you want a guaranteed safe setup then go with the fallowing:

TPS deactivation
1st gear disabler (perfect if your feelin saucy)
RPM window activation
Dynotune progressive release
93 octane
copper plugs
wideband

Like i said its all about the jets, fogger placement, and tune. you can make great power without getting it tuned, but i would always take the safe side when it comes to huge amounts of money.
