not getting fuel to rail. help please??

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I am turboed so why not here?
The other day, i was driving home and whenever i got on the throttle my car would hesitate horribly and not even really go into boost. I figured it was just due to the extreme change in humidity.
The very next day i went to start my car after it was parked all night, and it wouldn't turn on.
I have replaced the battery because i was given some suggestions it could be that. I took my old one in and it was pretty toast. New battery in the car, still nothing.
I do have spark. i took out a plug and tested that.
I thought maybe i got something in the fuel line, but i blew out the lines and they are clear.
When starting, when it is cranking over.. is it supposed to be at like 45psi at the rail? when trying to turn it over, it barely reads 5psi.
I have the ptuning return fuel setup with a walboro 255. using an AEM fic to tune. I've been boosted for about 35k miles so far at about 300whp.
any suggestions as to what it can be?

Well what my boy did was he just took it out n put it his stock one to see if the car turned on it did n he just bought another 225 also check to see if u have a fuel leak anywhere unlikely but possible and that will case the bogging n loss of fpr as well

yeah i have a stock fuel pump i'm going to throw in tonight. hopefully that will be the ticket. will the stock fuel pump have enough power to give enough fuel through a return system with 630cc injectors?
Double check the stock FPR plug? (If youre using a stock pump hanger) - if it somehow started leaking or became dislodged fuel will just dump back into the tank and make very little pressure at the rail. After that, since its def not the pump, Id look at the regulator.

i tried taking it out. it's a little red plug on the bottom right? it's really jammed up in there so i don't think it was leaking. whats a good way to test if thats good or not?
check ur ign fuse under ur hood should be a 15amp fuse if not crank the car with the fuel pump in but with out the hose connected a lil mess but it will make u know that ur pump working and u can look else where

it pumps out fuel. it pumps out fuel all the way to the rail. just not a lot. it doesn't even make my fuel pressure gauge on the rail move. and i checked all fuses and they were good, i can double check again though.

just the spec ss return fuel system. no swirl pot. just the walboro in tank.
also just wanted to clarify.. because people i've talked to in person have always managed to ask this question.... i have half a tank of gas in there. it's not empty lol

well guys i found the problem(ish). i'm assuming it was the regulator like a few of you suggested. But after trying to take out the regulator I'm pretty sure I would have broken the assembly just to take it out.
I pulled a celica fuel pump assembly from a junkyard and put it in my car and she started right up.
I just ordered a new(well new to me. used to the wrecked tc i got it from) fuel pump assembly so once that gets here I should be good to go! just gotta remodify the unit for the return system!
