Yes, they changed the bolt for the 07+, do a search for instructions on how to remove the bolt.

For the 95 dollars for it plus 28 for the belt (get it from napa), its the best per dollar horsepower gain for the supercharger you can get. They can even custom make you what ever size you want! Best bang for your buck, period. Even if safety is a concern the stock TRD fuel map is so rich that the car actually runs better with this pulley on it versus the stock one.

My Road Test.
Dreadfully I had to take off my 9.5 pulley and put back on the stock one to try and get toyota to warranty my catalytic converters constantly blowing apart. Anyway the first thing I noticed after putting the stock pulley back on is how much it sucks to drive now. The power just isnt there to me anymore in the higher RPM's. There is no longer me being able to just punch it in 2nd and break free the tires. Gone also is the car knocking you back in the seat when it starts rapidly building boost after 5k rpm.

Conclusion.
Get the NST pulley, install it, and be merry!!!

I hope you're still going strong with your NonStopTuning Pulley

I have the NST 9.5 psi pulley, weapon r intake, forge 007 bypass valve, TRD tune, and a AEM wideband. The car does not run lean in my case, however sometimes I am not getting 9.5 psi accorinding to my boost gauge maybe a little over 8psi, might just be the way the gauge is hooked up.

Could be a faulty gauge, could be a bad bypass valve, could be due to a worn (if it squeaks) belt, could be due to a change in weather or humidity. Could be a number of different things.

It is also important to keep in mind that PSI is a relative number and can change based on many factors.

What is important is the amount of power the car is making and how it behaves when in boost. You should not be too worried about what the boost gauge reads if your car is not behaving any differently than before.

The pulley size can not change... so if it's a 65mm pulley, it will always be a 65mm pulley. So if everything else is in good working order, it should always run the SC consistently.

I am running the 12PSI pulley, boost gauge reaches ~10psi.
I'm at a mile high so I blame the lack of existing air pressure for the boost loss.

Been running the S/C since May 2009, stepped up from stock to 9.5psi(actual 7.7psi) and now on 12psi.
