As another small but cool update, and this couldn't have been timed better... We will be mentioned in the September Honda Tuning mag. They are mentioning our turbo kit for the EM2 (01-05 D17 Honda Civic). Makes us happy that in less than a year of releasing our first kit we already hit a magazine. We never even wrote to them to let them know about it either.

My PMs fill up as it is haha... Honestly an older hatch is still the best to work with. Like a 93-95 hatch of some type. The possibilities are almost endless with those things. H22a swap with no aftermarket tuning pulls mid to low 14s just from bolting it in.

 

Yeah I saw one running 13's at bradenton a few weeks ago. Got any source for good donor cars?

 

Honestly no... I have a local guy that can get me motors, but I don't have a good source for beat up hatches... I guess just search around and try to find one in really rough shape... If you need more info or anything email me on that topic. I want to keep this more for the turbo stuff haha...

We expect it! As with many other soon to be or existing customers lol. We just finished speaking with our injector supplier... And life keeps getting better and better .

Update though: One of the engineers at Random Tech that was helping to build our kit got injured so it's being delayed until about next Tuesday instead of tomorrow. I should still have the kit by next weekend however and expect to install, test, tune, race it all the following week.

 

in terms of this guy's rep: I met him in late June at a meet in Boston and this guy was cool. He knew what he was talking about and his civic was off the charts! If I can muster the money when this kit comes out, I'll be one of his first customers. By the way, joe, are you going to the beach cruise this weekend?

 

I had no idea about a cruise lol... I guess I should go check the local forums to see if it's something I can attend.

hey do most of your stage 1 kits come with upgraded injectors, or will it be ok to run on the stock ones?

 

All of our stage 1 kits come with injectors. We do not suggest nor encourage use of stock injectors on any forced induction application.
