Everything was spec'd out to be the most efficient up to 350WHP. The injectors support just shy of 400hp, the intercooler claims to support up to 400hp. The turbo is good for up to around 14psi before it really starts losing efficiency. We built the kit to make the most power on a stock motor, with limitations on the kit being shared with limitations with the stock more and expected tranny. The stage 2 (down the road) is meant for off road use, built motors, upgraded tranny and axels, upgraded cooling and traction aids, among many other things. We'd be stupid to engineer a kit saying it'll support up to 500hp when no one will actually get up that high (if they do, they're not buying a bolt on kit). We designed the turbo, charge pipes, and other misc equipment to utilize what most will actually be doing with the kit. When we get numbers you'll see what we mean. Also, I just got the injectors in, along with a couple small tid-bits. We may end up dumping the wastegate again but are unsure. To many pros and cons with both. A big issue is risk of cracking or fitment problems down the road. The turbo, wastegate, and downpipe have to be IDENTICAL to ensure the best reliabilty against cracking. If we use the bolts to make the final seal, and it doesn't sit flush on it's on, chances are blown gaskets and exhausts piping is expected. We want everything to be reiliable, so if we go back to dump, it's for that reason only.

I am a recruited co-worker. A couple years back I emailed Dezod asking for about $2k in parts that I needed for a show (when I had my Civic). He asked about a sponsership and I filled out the app, sure enough I was sponsored. Well I sold more stuff through his site than anyone else in the past which led to working for him. I work at my home, but we work together on projects or deals we can offer. Bein a manager at Best Buy is time consuming but fun, and pays the bills. I do the performance stuff because I enjoy it, even though it makes us a little bit here and there.

Glad you like the pics. It looks close the the plastic shroud but we don't anticipate any problems... Some heavy testing will show if it will or not, but we're pretty confident with it.

It should be fine w/ the shroud....maybe incorporate a heat shield and then their will be no worries if it will fit.

Two questions Joe.

Will the fuel rail support the top end of the new injectors? Is it possible to get the intake pipe on the turbo to mate up with the CIA of the Injen pipe?

I know for charge temps it really doesn't matter as much on a turbo car, but it does help. I notice on my MR2 that on cold days it has considerable more pep. It would be nice to be able to connect the turbo kit to the CIA piping.

Thanks for the hard work Joe, get some sleep!

The fuel rail supports about 600CC injectors without any problems. We ended up switching to the 550CC RC injectors (instead of 440CC). They fit without any modifications to the fuel rail or engine itself. The only mod needed is to cut the stock harnesses off for the RC injector clips.

As for the intake pipe... It should be possible, and I'll show pics later as to how it will be. Not sure of how much of a difference it could possibly make though, we utilize the stock "cold-air" feed tube that goes into the fender to throw some fresh air on the cone so ya never know.

Working at best buy until tonight... But I'll be working on the tC from abotu 11-2am tonight, and finishing things tomorrow. More pics to come.

OK, maybe "Street Legal" is not the right term. I'm not worried about being pulled over and getting a visual inspection. I know some people who know people in that area . What I want to know is if it will pass a smog check so I can still get it registered. My wife let's me do whatever I want to my car, but if I make it so it can't get registered, she will be ____ED!
