I searched and found a lot about oil block adapters. I was going to order the greddy but was reading it needed to be redrilled to fit autometer gauges and other brand gauges. I will be having my turbo and gauges professionally installed so do I really need the oil block adapter or can I go without? If I do need it, is there one that will work with autometer gauges and without redrilling?

 

I have an ebay oil block adaptor... from maxspeed.. works like a charm and fits any 1/8th fitting...ie Autometer..

Some oil temp probes may not fit, due to probe design and size...

 

I found him on ebay and about to buy but does it use the stock oil filter?

 

I have a greddy that I dont use anymore but I just re tapped the holes...very easy to do.

 

Yes it uses stock filter.
