I am gearing up for my turbo and have a question about the oil pressure sending unit. I know most people run a T-fitting that goes from the block to the stock pressure sensor and the turbo supply line. I am wondering how people have put on an aftermarket oil pressure sensor. Do you get a second T-fitting, one that looks like an x, or do something different?
Ok I have a newbie question here.. Which oil pressure does our aftermarket oil pressure gauge measure? Is it the oil pressure inside our motor or the oil pressure going to our turbo? Im thinking its the pressure going to the turbo but not sure on this one
lol I might just be dumb or sleepy asking that question, i think they're actually the same thing. I was just doing this research on running this oil restrictor thingy if I would be needing it then I came across this topic on knowing how much oil pressure is going to the turbo
