Its pretty much same as compression but you're measuring leak instead if i remembered it right.. try to look it up

and its for sure the seal. i took off the intake pipe to find not to much oil, but a little bit. theres no shaft play at the turbo at all though lol.

now i need to find a local shop who can replace it....
where can you buy a seal?
