Sooner the better man. I think theyre in a lot of hot water right now, and seriously doubt youll be receiving anything from them.

if it comes down to litigation, a lot of people will be tearing them apart, and youll be lucky to get a percentage of what they owe you.

but if you do get your funds reversed, dont be a jerk, either send them their products back or send them the money for what theyve sent you. if you dont do this, youll only be hurting more people like yourslef who are waiting for money/parts zpi doesnt have.

(not that you would be a jerk or are one. im just pointing out that that would be a jerk move)

Well i know they dont take discover anymore. I called discover to file a claim against them and and its been about a month and discover still cant get through to them. so they also have discover ____ed at them, hehe. thankfully discover refunded my money the minute i called and explainded everything that went on.

I hope you get your stuff but dont count on it.

whats I find funny is that whenever there was some slander about this company being posted on the internet they were always right there to respond with the whole "We were the first ones to bring you a turbo kit for the tC and we continuously bring you guys more and more products blah blah blah"(its obvious that all these parts that they are the "first" to release it for our community are being funded by OUR community's money on preorders and other orders that arent being filled), and in the past couple of weeks, its been awfully quiet around here with no responses from them....lookin worse and worse for them as the days go on. Could it be that they are to ashamed to respond to whats going on?

 

Considering the key people running the business were out of the office for a while due to personal reasons, all the haters are crawling from under the stone.
So far I do not know any people whom ZPI screwed out of their money. The delays suck but if you choose to deal with that it pays well off when you get it. Then again, you can always go to a competitor for a modified scion TC head

 

Yah getting hot in here. It's really starting to scare me. I hope that if I do have to go with a claim it goes as smoothly as the last one I had for a motor. (10 days) I'm still going to wait until Friday to see if ZPI chimes in or makes me believe that parts are on the way.

Tuesday July 4th will be 2 months. I placed the order on May 4th. I'm wondering if other people that had orders around this time or before are starting to get there items? Anyone out there?

 

Of course you can go somewhere else to get a modified scion TC head. I'll sell them if someone wanted one. Its not like they have EVER done a cylinder head in house.

dam that sucks bro. one mistake you made was ordering from ZPI. they can't be honest about anything. i would cancel that order and turn to DEZOD, and see what they can do for you.

 

lol whoever is pimping scionlife at the time gets the love. Whatever company is keeping everyone updated on their developements get the vote of this forum. ZPI is still the company that is #1 in in R&D for TC and nobody can argue that. They are about to release a whole line of new performance parts for our cars and some fanboys are trying to get them banned...hilarious.
I don't argue that ZPI is doing the right thing by spending more time developing new products then keeping up with the demand. Then again it would be just another company on this web site with "average" written all over it.

Give them a little more time and they will make it right.

P.S. Charles. If you can make a head for our cars and put it out there for everybody to purchase, please do so. It would be good for all of us. Nobody on this forum knows that you can do unless you advertise it.

 

^^ i dunno about all that. i've heard things from ZPI's past that'll make your jaw drop. hopefully the scion community wont have to go through it.

 

I can un-doubtedly put a head together for the Scions. My situtaion was/is a little different because I am not in the market of mass producing the turbo kits ect because until recently I honestly didnt have the funding to back up a full on effort to cater to the community and I didnt want to end up being a Company that keeps promising and promising and not delivering.

That being said, I will build anything on a custom order to order basis. ANYTHING. Be it a turbo kit, a cylinder head, a set of pistons, rods, CAMS (hint hint) ect ect. I have the ability and the resources to do whatever you like. There are just to many companies and up-and-coming companies mass producing the turbo kits for me to feel comfortable jumping in at this point in the game. If you want a head, I have no problem building it to your custom specs, or the specs that we work out between us. PnP, vavle train, performance cams, ect.

Zpi advertises a head but no flow charts no nothing... so yea... not worth the money
