ZPI, what else would you expect from a company like them. When you get tired of waiting, try to cancel your order and get your money back then wait some more. They will charge you a restocking fee on a kit that was never shipped ha ha. Save yourself now and buy a Dezod kit. Paul is a stand up guy and will talk to you on a phone not aim.

 

Aaron called today and his call was answered, just like every other day of the week, ZPI answers their phones.

Kenny and Sean will be in Las Vegas all week at SEMA, however, I will be getting updates and shipping things myself this week and have assured Aaron that I will get back with him once I talk to the guys.

Kenny and Sean are both available on the phone Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. Yes, ZPIracing utilizes AIM everyday as it is a wonderful tool to be able to talk to up to 30, 40 customers/dealers/etc at one time. AIM is most utilized by those who do not want to wait on hold. And yes, we know holding sucks, but unfortunately we cannot clone Kenny at this time.
