So just to clarify though, im just screwing it over the existing pillar, not taking it off. I dont have the airbags btw. Im thinking i'll just place it over, drill, and put in the screws?

Btw when u guys say fitment is bad, how so. As in it looks like its falling off or just difficult to put it on the first time.

you have to take the stock a piller cover off so you can cut out some holes to run your wires through. and yes you will screw the pods to your stock cover.

Can anyone give me an idea of how to take off the stock pillar. Just dont feel like screwingit up.

Just pull it out away from the pillar.
