Default Problems With AFRs

Hello Everyone. It's been a while since I've posted on here. I hope everyone is doing well.

I have a bit of an issue with my car right. My afrs constantly keep on leaning out. On a cold start and while driving they are perfect but after driving for a while and coming to a stop they will rise to 16-18 afrs and sometimes --- on the gauge. I had an exhaust leak not to long ago that threw off my wideband gauge and believe was the cause of my p0171 code but i recently got that fixed and completely reset the ecu and the afrs are still leaning out. I haven't gotten that code so far so i'm not sure whats going on. Just earlier today while driving to work i threw a p0335 code which was odd because i haven't seen that code since spring when i first installed my kit before i did the resistor mod. I checked for any vacuum leaks and didn't find any but i did notice a hair line crack on my manifold. Could this be throwing of my afrs? Could it be the primary O2 sensor going bad (Been on the car for roughly 2 years)? Also at idle my STFT is at 19/20 and my LTFT is at -2/-4. Not sure what that means but i thought I'd post that up.

Just in case you guys were wondering. I have TT simple kit with AEM F/IC, NGK 1 step colder plugs, 550cc injectors, and tuned by ptuning.

The car has been running great after the tune with no issues. It wasn't until my exhaust leak that the afrs when crazy and i was throwing that p0171 code. I'm going to try to see if i can get a copy of my tune from ptuning and reload it to see if that fixes anything.

Any ideas or inputs would be greatly appreciate. If anyone wants to take a look at the tune i will be more than happy to send it to you.

Thanks in advance.

I'm gonna guess its the crack. Even if it isnt, that crack is gonna turn into a problem so you're gonna have to replace your manifold anyway. Might as well do it now and see if it fixes the problem.

Crack kills

for p0335 consider replacing the resistor with a new one or atleast check it, maybe even try to remove it. also check the resistance of the sensor, you can find the info in the tech section.
seal up the crack on the mani.
if that is the og wideband sensor (aem uego) i had it may be time to replace it.
primary 02 sensor may need to be replaced if welding the crack up doesnt change anything. Your fuel trims are off and should be within 0-10stft..and just noticing that your short term is higher than your long term what ever happend just recently happend.

BTW iv tried to call you a few times...I need that head gasket you got and to see if you would send me those parts i sent you that you didnt use.

Hey Chris. Whats going on man? My bad for the crazy mia status. I've been going through some crazy rough times. I had a feeling the fuel trims were off a lot. I just recently got my exhaust leak fixed which i thought was causing the cel light. I reset the ecu right after so i think its still in the learning phase. Those fuel trim numbers were from right after i reset the ecu and the car was idling. Could the tune have gone bad?

Shoot me a pm with your address.

not really a need to, all the secondary does is monitor the first cat.

just reread what you wrote...ther isnt a bank 2...if im not mistaken you have bank1 sensor1 (primary o2) bank1 sensor2 (secondary o2)
