A big problem I've had with the transmission in the input spline shaft.
I've had three different clutches all damage it to the point where contact between the pressure plate and spline can no longer be maintained.
This transmission could really use a Heavy duty/Race grade spline shaft.

Since it's inception, I've never heard anyone have an issue with that.

I usually murder third and fourth, but turn up the boost and do a highway pull and say goodbye to fifth. That thing explodes so easily. lol, no 5th gear pulls!

I think some people may be confusing power damaging gears with other damage. Ive only actually had a gear explode in the trans twice. Both were third gear, both occured when the car had massive wheel spin, then caught traction at like 7k + rpm. Using boost by speed and ramping it in, Ive since yet to blow up another trans. I also have only used E351's for quite awhile and try to avoid hot lapping the car (multiple back to back pulls). Oh yeah, and 5th gear wot pulls have always been a bad idea on any trans... Unless its setup to run full power through the OD gear, most arent. Luckilly with the M&H Dot's, 7500 rpm rev limit, and E351, you can go about 155 in 4th lol

Ok so I broke 4th gear last night. So what's the deal with stronger gears? Is anyone doing anything for us?

Any updates here? I'm also very interested in a full gear set.. But whatever you produce would be an upgrade from what we have. PTuning, what's up??

Default Count me in!

I talked to Abel at PTuning about 3 weeks ago and he was telling me about this. I haven't lost my trans yet, but I'm just finishing up my motor build and I will be getting tuned at PTuning on the 18th. Abel told me that it should be a real concern of mine. If you are doing a full gear set, I want in!

They stopped production, too many people backed out. I'm working with someone now in Florida for custom gears.

I don't even recall them saying that the gear sets were available. From what I remember it was stated that it was "coming soon" because I would've gotten 3rd-5th gear.
