Street class has to have a full exhaust + Cat converter.

Update: Here's a picture of the production header flange that we will be using on our turbo manifold. The flanges are CNC from a 1/2" thick billet 304SS plate. The port openings are recessed to provide extra support for the welded runners. The 5 mounting tabs have been recessed to allow full thread engagement with the factory studs and nuts.

More details...To help promote better gasket sealing and prevent exhaust leaks due to potential flange warpage from heating and cooling cycles we may backcut the backside, maintaining the full thickness around the ports but relieving the material thickness between adjacent ports to allow each port to maintain its seal.

We're still waiting for our customer with the kaminari hood to come in so we can test fit the hood with our turbo kit. The main thing is that our manifold and turbo will clear the hood without any issues. The only thing we need to verify is the clearance for the BOV and upper intercooler piping. If for some reason it does not clear, we may consider coming out with a second version of the upper intercooler piping and BOV location for those that are looking to run the kit with the kaminari hood--if there's a reasonable demand for it.

We will let everyone know once we have a chance to test our kit with the kaminair hood.
