What pieces are you refering to?

The Swirl pot for one. Yeah there are universal Swirl pots, but I checked them out and didn't really find anything similar to the one PTuning was running.

x2. I agree, especially with turbocharged cars.

First off, the filter on our CAI actually sits pretty high, probably about 2 inches higher than say a Mopar CAI for an SRT-4. Also, hydrolocking a turbocharged engine with a CAI is probably not as common a problem as one would think. The water would have to pass through quite a few obstacles to reach the engine.

With that said, I should also point out again that we opted for a true CAI with our turbo system only because we knew we could make it work properly. Using a short and essentially straight 4" diameter intake tube with a large filter provides for the quickest possible spool-up and overall power efficiency for a given turbo.

This is opposed to turbo CAI's that use ridiculously long intake routing with small diameter tubing. In cases like this, you will probably be much better off with a larger diameter, short tube intake coming off the turbo compressor inlet, even if it's in a heat soaked location.

Why didnt you guys offer a flex section on your exsisting 3inch turbo back exhausts?
The S-Pipe on our current Turbo-Back exhaust system makes use of the factory style front mounted donut gasket flex section and therefore does not require another rear mounted flex section.

Thanks for the clarification.

Thanks again to all those who are taking advantage of the pre-order pricing. The final components of our Spec-SS Turbo System are nearly complete.

For those who are interested in the pre-order special, but still have questions to ask, feel free to contact us at 877-PTUNING (788-6464). You can ask to speak with me directly. I can help answer 1 or 100 questions that you may have concerning our soon-to-be-released turbo kit. Thanks.

Just curious, and I fully understand if you dont' wanna answer, but how many pre-orders did you get? and when can these be expected to arrive?

I just would like to know when I need to start watching my back, and for how many I need to watch for!

Let's just say it's definitely more than a few. Although, I'm not sure if we have any going to the Vegas area just yet.

Update: Components for our turbo kits are starting to arrive and we will keep everyone updated as we receive the components--especially for those that pre-ordered.

Here's the powder coated custom front motor mount bracket:

I think he means showing progress as opposed to disappearing and having people freak-out about their money.
