Question for the 9.5 guys
How many other S/C owners running the stock headers and exhaust (axel back doesnt count) but using a 9.5 pulley are experiencing burning through cats or getting a CEL with the P0420 code?

Edit. CEL came on before the 9.5 pulley was installed. As time went on the frequency of the CEL greatly increased. Before it was about week after I cleared it, it would return. Now it'll come back in 30 minutes or less. That header has to fix me up.
i am strongly considering the 9.5 and leaving my stock header (tx emissions every dang year!). why does the pulley burn up the cat? i understand that the s/c spins more, but if the afr is good, how should that negatively impact the engine and exhaust system? forgive my ignorance if i just put my boot in my mouth.
Oh by the way I found a chunk of my first cat about the size of a razr cell phone when I pulled my Mid-pipe off. It fell out at the joint of the mid-pipe and s-pipe. So im assuming my first cat is toast. Its probably due to the increased heat and pressure due to the increased boost.

I have a high flow cat, and two resonators = sleeper...
