Default RC injector O-ring leak

Did anyone have a problem with there RC injectors leaking gas at the top O-ring? It's been about 3k since I put them in and the one just started to leak. Can I find these O-rings at autozone or do I have to order them.

Also be careful because they are shorter than OEM. Only slightly. I have seen this on a few cars. If they are fully seated in the rail they will be a major boost leak at the head. What I have found that works well is to use lower o rings from an 80s IROC camaro (with TPI engine) Just double the lower o ring up and it will seal as well as push the injector further up into the rail ensuring a seal on both ends.
