So I have a friend who might be getting a HELL of a deal on a s/c thats leaking a bit of oil - how much would it be to replace the shaft, seals, and bearings to beef that bastard up and also how much would it be for someone to do the work on it if he sent the s/c in to them? Thanks guys!

 

Ok. Here is how you do it. Everyone all together now.

Step one: Click red button with word SEARCH in white font.

Step two: In the search for keywords box type "supercharger rebuild"

Step three: Use reading skills and common sense and the thread labels to figure out which results are ones that might point you to the answer and aren't a for sale ad or some other topic.

Step four: Click on corresponding link.

Step five: READ the threads that you clicked on. Just because the first sentence doesn't have your answer doesn't mean it isn't there.

To OP, contact kikcafeine and gompka. Those are the only 2 you need to talk to for bearings, seals and shafts.
