Max boost obv depends on a variety of things.

What would be the suggested max boost on the 2AZFE with the following:

T3/T4
Compressor: .50A/R Trim 57
Turbine: .64A/R Trim 76
FMIC With 2.5" Intercooler Piping
550cc Injectors W/ good Tune

 

with a good tune 10 or 9 psi depending on how aggressive you drive...

geta fuel pump & some watermeth and bring it up to 11-12psi maybe swap the injectors to 750s.......depending on your 550cc injector load.

 

dont forget a clutch you'll slip away.

 

750's are way to big for a car that isnt pushin more than 400 whp.

safely? 8-10 psi
even with watermeth 12 psi on a daily driver is hard to be reliable depending on how u drive.

 

What FMIC? a good core or one of the typical ones you see?

Piping size means nothing....but if you want it too downsize

Good tune???? Whats your version of a good tune?

What management? Who is tuning it?

There are lots of variables but you'd be suprised on what you can accomplish with the right balance of parts.

9-10 psi is fine. Just make sure you pull a bit of timing for safety.

 

Is there any EMS that will allow you to change timing?

 

AEM FIC will allow you to retard timing.

 

Sweet - Im gonna run 8.7 with the Neo for now and prob boost up to 10 with the F/IC next summer
