Default sc'er pulley removal?

so i got a key made for the bolt on my 2007 model supercharger, and it came in today, so i go in and pull the bolt out no problem, but now the pulley will not come off for anything, ive put a puller on it, blocks of wood behind it and hit it with a hammer and it doesnt budge one bit, has anyone else had an issue like this?

this is my 3rd sc'er, and on the first one i swapped the pulley and it came off just by jiggleing and pulling, but this one just wont come off, im gett real ____ed with this whole sc'er deal, as if it being a pos wasnt bad enough now i cant even take it apart to repair/modify it...

anybody have an idea of something i can do to get this thing off?

might just have to take a hammer and a piece of 2x4 and whack it loose before you can use the puller.

oh ok, from you initial post, you only mentioned you had removed the bolt. I was assuming the belt was still on there.

A correct gear puller should take it off, however, it shouldn't be on there that hard. Perhaps something else is wrong...

Guys.. hand held propane torch... in a circular motion heat up the outside edges of the pulley.. it will start to sweat.. once that sweat has dried up it will slide off.. By using a hammer it pulls on the shaft and could put stress on the internals of the shaft and blower.

won't put stress on blower cause the shaft is slid on and there is play there if you pull the shaft.
