Brett is right you probably blew off a vac line. Give some details on the engine. Compression ratio on the pistons?manufacturer of internals? head work?

443 whp for high 13's? on your site your mods look good so you should be much faster. Nick06tC is right in that practice will make you better. how often do you go to lacr?

actually, i just i saw you were on 15lbs when you were driving. just be sure to zip tie and clamp down everything. the worst thing is when a small hose or intercooler piping comes loose.

Did you run stock tires?

With those numbers, one should expect nothing shy of 11sec runs.

The harness was a custom build by GP Motorsports.

I ran it at 15 pounds tonight at the LACR track. Got three clean runs in, high 13's, which is ok considering I'm a pretty crappy driver (terrible launches, just terrible).

On the fourth run, she quit making boost, so I did one more run and called it quits. Will be investigating why I have no boost tomorrow. :: sigh ::

At some point I'll program this new controller to do boost-by-gear, something I think will help a lot, but hey it was just the first day -- all in good time.

Hard to launch these torquey little buggers isn't it...

I'm no expert, but just want to give a little helpful thought.

One should probably learn to work with what he's got before trying to add more (i.e. 10lbs MORE boost) to his setup.

You have your hands full at 15lbs already. Improve your times with just that man instead of trying to turn it up 10lbs more.

As Masta Yoda would say:

More Boost One needs Not. Better driving Skill a must.

lets all remember that he dynoed at 22 psi, but went down the track at only 15 psi. so 11 sec runs arent going to be that easy.

umm...2nd gear launches I would not consider to good on the tranny vs riding out 1st gear.

I imagine he means a video of him cruising in second and taking off from there.

no he definitely meant launching in 2nd. its not great for the transmission but honestly 2nd gear turns into first with the turbo. theres so much torque its much easier to hook 2nd then first with a decent launch.

Thats what I did mean. I want to see the performance low in the rpms in second. If you slam into second from first ... he will have no traction at all.

Now launching from second ..... He honestly might not have a problem doing that if he has a light flywheel. Im not sure how good of an idea it is but I did it a few days ago by mistake and the light flywheel just allowed me to take off clean.
