Neil, I feel the part of the problem lies in your tuning and also your altitude. I have had countless customers make excellent power on this intercooler. The same core, in a different configuration, we used on a 1000whp Buick GN, and it only saw 1.5 PSI of pressure loss.

Also another point is we have no baseline for that high of an altitude. If you where to persay make 120whp and netted your results, then it is understandable. However if you netted (prior to turbo as well) 145whp, then we have an issue.

Ill have to find that graph, cause from what I heard my baseline of about 130whp was the norm for stock 5spds around here.
