Question To Someone With A Automatic Dezod Turbo Kit

Okey I'm looking at the S1 turbo kit. I was wondering when you bought yours if you upgraded anything when you got it or a little later down the road. Like brakes, water pump, the injectors to bigger ones then the 750 anything like that. I know I need a B&M cooler for the tranny. And Did you get the ball bearing upgrade? Any help is awesome. I plan on installing it myself and then taking it somewhere to be tuned.

You must be new to SL if you think that was bad! That is really on the good end of things.

Alright thanks a lot. Then I'll drive it with the stock trans and see how that goes to start. And then see what I need after I get it in.

So long as your are not beating the living snot out of the trans at every stop sign or red light, you will be ok.

Before re-doing my turbo kit and now tearing my car apart, I rocked the dezod kit. It is an awesome starter kit. I made 240ish whp and 260ish torque on 10lbs and a conservative tune. I chose to upgrade to a GT28RS turbo, and I will be running that turbo on my built engine when my car goes back together. Awesome kit, and fit pretty well. I ran into a snafu with the maf flange, but they sent me a new pipe. the trans cooler is a must as well, I think mine was included in the kit.

Dezod kit is the only bolt on kit I would go with for an auto.

Awesome after hearing you and a few other people I'm very excited to get my car out of storage, even though my life is my snowboard . I'm looking for a good quality turbo to just fool around with I don't need it for autox or racing but it will be nice to have, and this sounds like the ticket.
