3076 takes that long to hit full boost on my car. Compression is still good and no exhaust leaks.

that 3076 should be pretty comparable to a 16g. this is the dyno from my evo 3 big 16g...

Bro a 3076 is a LOT bigger than a 16g a 16g is much smaller. The 16g has a 46.5 mm compressor wheel where as the gtx3076 has 58mm compressor wheel I fail to see how they are comparable in size.

also the turbine wheel on the 16g is 57mm and on the 3076 its 76.5 and to add to it my gtx has a 1.06 A/R.

Why are you using such a large hot side? Ive made 600+ on a .63 hotside FWIW, new turbo will be a .82 and thats for 700+ goals. That hotside alone prob knocks full spool back by as much as 500rpm.

I wanted a 35r without the lag so Paul suggested that turbo and I love it man. From 2k is when boost starts building and by 3k I'm making 7lbs. Once the motor is built it will be a different story. Plus I still get good traction in lower gears with a large hot side.
