Man, hose candy folks are the ish! The extra stuff they promised came in today! Silicon vac hoses in 3 diff sizes, 12 extra long cnc rotators!!! And a sample kit to show people the diff combinations and colors that the kit can come with. These are really some good folks!!!

I swapped already. Not too much of a difference in looks, just a lil more shiny since they are silicone. But the real benifit will be holding up to heat better since it runs over the turbo and wastegate

Heres a pik of everything that was sent to me. They forgot to pack some of the black heat shrink wrap, talked to the guy and he will send out Monday. Again, great service since I offered to pay and I was told no. lol

Thanks. Its not a ZPI kit, its a custom kit. The piping and manifold are custom, 60-1 turbo

 

Did you paint your wrap black or did you buy it black? Also how difficult was it to wrap the A/C lines, I have a ton left and figure I could just wrap mine.

 

^ I bought it black, its the DEI wrap thats offered in black. Its not that bad, its just alot of going back over it to get everything tight unless you cut the wrap in 1/2 width wise which would make it easier to wrap. I'd suggest using the piano wire or zip ties or whtever it is you will use to tighten it every 8-10" to maintain tightness.

 

if you soak the wrap in water you can get a tighter wrap and it keeps the dust from it down.

^^ I have the K2 version of those and they are SUPER BRIGHT! Work great, but I did have to screw around with the wiring to get the to work right. I have a set up for sale but in black/chrome not the all black like that (BNIB I got the chrome ones by accident and wanted the blacks)

 

the 05-07 OEM are the best, most the aftermarkets look kinda cheap IMO
