Now have pump and regulator in hand - along with 25 feet of hose from midwest hose and supply haha. BTW for anyone doing a DIY return setup, you can get Goodyear hose rated for use with fuel (including alcohol/ethanol) and rated to 300 psi working pressure for only $.90 a foot! Now if only I didnt have to work the rest of the day Work makes me a sad panda

Glad I could be inspirational for once haha! As for the hose, its Goodyear 3/8" pushlock hose - its normally $2.00 or so a foot, but I got it for $.90 a foot from Midwest Hose. Dont know if they have a warehouse around you, but you can always call them to order. Its http://www.midwesthose.com/

BTW the hose Im using I dont believe is actually listed as "Fuel Injection hose" However after talking to MW Hose and Goodyear reps - the hose is listed for compatible with petroleum products and is designed for use with alcohols also so many use it for fuel line without issue - its a nylon braided hose and has a burst pressure of aroudn 600 psi so no issues with fuel pressures lol

Sure - I dont know how much Ill need so Im sure Ill need to go get some more but thatd be fine with me - their warehouse and corp hq is down the street from my office so its easy for me to stop by. I dont think it weighs that much haha - just let me know how much you need.

How much boost are you running so far? Im planning on shooting for 14 psi on my 60-1 this weekend (9:1 compression). Im hoping I can get by with my 700's and walboro and like 60 psi of base fuel pressure haha.

man this is awesome, we r pretty much on the same setup (minus built engine). Waiting for results with 700cc inj. I'll be running a Fuel Lab fuel pressure regulator and probably the new AEM fuel rail with the stock fuel feed line to cut cost down a bit. Some hose for the return and presto. Shooting for 11.5psi at first on full e85, we'll see.

Well tonights results - straight e85 - 10.5 psi - 60-1 - 9:1 compression - had it holding steady at 12.0-12.4 afr - using gasoline stoich - 55 psi base fuel pressure plus 1:1 rising rate - 700cc injectors - now are you ready for this.... Drumroll please....

62% Max Injector duty cycle!!!!! Lol - now to up it to 14 psi ;)

Oh yeah and its sooo much more consistent now - afr's are rock solid - no jumpin around bs - also I ran a car that I ran door to door with last weekend from my best roll (45) - only thing ive done is retuning and the fuel system - no increase in boost - tonight we ran from a 25 roll - which sucked for me spinnin the ____ out of the second - i dropped back by two cars on the take off - than caught him and pulled him by a lil over a car - pretty impressive Id say

wow im surprised your duty cycle are pretty low on pure e85.. how many times have you refueled? My duty cycles are 40%ish on 5-7 psi boost, on 900cc injectors w/ base pressure of 50 psi..

dude this is freaking good news!!! looking forward to 60's duty cycle. When u say no fluctuation on afr's, did it use to go up and down all through out or is it that u have a cleaner boost curve thus cleaner fueling line?

When you convert them to GAS AFR.. Its around the same..

12.0-12.4 is still a little on the lean side for e85.. But its been havily debated on what best afr is!

I tuned mine on e85 to 11.9
