stock injector limit?
depends on turbo to be honest with ya...ill bet no matter what youll be running a very high duty cycle on em..
look at it like this, peeps are running 550cc injectors on t3/t4 turbos (various trims) and are running into problems fuel wise at around 9-11psi (depending on trim).
if i were to place a bet i would bet on you maxing out the stockers easy on 6psi with similar turbo.
16g is small enough that the overall air flow that it can produce at that low of boost will not be as much of a strain on your fuel system as say t3/t4 that most are running. even still im pretty sure its still very taxing on the stock injectors.

sorry for bringing back this thread.
im going to run the 16g turbo and probly not go more than the 6psi. i have the emanage and want to install this kit but i wanted to upgrade injectors would it be better to leave the stock ones and get a intercooler since the stock ones r good untill 8psi?

im going to keep the 16g forever!!!! i want a 215-220hp range thats enough to have fun and still autox. i just dont want my car to explode!
i thought the intercooler would be better than the injectors.
i thought the intercooler would be better than the injectors.
i was at 225 hp nearly maxing my 440 injectors..... im at 240 and now my injectors are over maxed out.... sooo moral is stock injectors wont keep for 220 hp just get trd injectors atleast
so all this stuff about the size of turbo and type doesnt matter?
arnt you using a pretty big turbo?
i just want to make sure of all this stuff before i buy things i dont need.
i checked the rc website and they have a calculator for injector size but i doubt i did it right....lol it said i needed huge injectors for the 220hp i want.

size of turbo matter only for psi wiase so liek 16g on 6psi = decent with stock injectors and 601-1 = very lean with stock injectors at 6psi this is all due to the fact that one makes more power than other
injectors are usually rated with hp... and stock injectors are good for maybe 200-210 wheel
Here are some conservative ballpark figures from RCE's calculator using .60 BSFC:
OEM 370cc = 210bhp @90% IDC
TRD 410cc = 230bhp @90% IDC
440cc = 250bhp @90% IDC
Subtract 10hp for MT and 35hp for AT to get approx. WHP.
BTW, you're right. Injector sizing isn't based solely on HP. It's a combination of HP, fuel pressure, brake specific fuel consumption and IDC. Even injector type (saturated or peak & hold), resistance and response time factor in to some degree.

Hi,
stock ecu + piggyback type tune box, greddy emanage blue.
what is the max cc of the injector can choose? because due to limitation of tuning while idling to 0psi time, it may minus a lot on emanage setting, so anyone have any idea?
Thx
