Default Stock motor 60-1 or gt35

So I'm in need of a turbo which should I go with a 60-1 or a journal bearing gt35. Im on stock motor and will be using a .63 turbine on either turbo

Ballbearing gt35 i have a 60-1 i might be putting up for sale very soon!

I have enough pieces around to complete at least four turbo kits I go through setups like I do ladies I'm and I'm on aem

60-1 are cheap as hell, gt3582r will run ya some coin. now the only journal gt35 iv seen around are ebay speacials, if garrett makes one that would be news to me.

gt32? yes garrett makes a gt3271 journal bearing but what does that have to do with the gt35? comp map is way different. are you seeing something im not?

so ive been reading compressor maps and ity shows the 60-1 being efficient from 1bar of boost and lower but not too low because of surge but anything higher and its just blowing hot air only issue is the turbo still flows large amounts of air that it still makes power

I'm having trouble comprehending your post. From what I understand If a journal bearing 35 existed you want the 60-1 anyway? So just get it. Why do you want a journal bearing turbo over a ball bearing anyway? Price?

Many people have made 400+whp on a 60-1 with no issues.
