Default Supercharge: which brand is better?

i was thinking about getting either turbo charge or supercharge but since i read the forum that the turbocharged take alot of time and money to tune it up every time people technically drive the car.

i decided to go for supercharge and i want to know which brand of supercharge is the best and which is the highest HP gain??

i read the forum and pretty alot of them said that greddy supercharge is the best cus its very good brand and very simple and its also plug and play.

what u guys think?

if you're talking about for the tC, only TRD makes a supercharger for it. and as for turbo, you dont need to tune it everytime you drive it. if you get one good tune, you could just drive on that.

the supercharger makes another 40 hp. it comes with a warranty so long as your tc is completely stock, and you apparently have to check your oil everytime you fill up with gas, or your warranty will be void according to some dealerships.

i reccommend a zpi stage 0 with a blow-off valve, and emanage. with that you can point and laugh at most supercharged tc's with an easy win everytime.

If you have an xA and xB GReddy and blitz make a supercharger for them. if you have a tC TRD makes a Supercharger for the tC. What are your goals with your car?

my goal is to make that car up to 300 but its a long shot im sure.

since supercharge doesnt bring it up that far,, seems turbo charge will do but im not a kind of person who are like a grease monkey around cars so im not sure if its safe for me to drive a turbo- charged TC if i dont know what to tune to keep it running fine.

u should prolly do much more research then. get yourself familiar with what's out there and how to run them safely and efficiently. that should be your first approach to it. it doesnt take a grease monkey to have an a good idea of how turbo's work. there are plenty of ppl on the forum that know alot about it. just shoot em a pm!

once you get it tuned by a shop, the only maintenance should be check to make sure that your car doesn't leak (look on the ground when you back out of your parking spot) and change your oil every 3,000 miles. With a turbo you should have gauges to make sure everything is running correctly as well. (air/fuel, oil pressure, wideband o2 gauges). If you have any more questions keep them coming.

you also want to let you car sit out of boost before shutting down the engine. Nothing like haveing your turbo spinning and then shutting off all oil to it.
