Supercharger Install ECU Question

Supercharger Install ECU Question
Hey everyone I'm looking to get my tC S/C in a month or two but I had a question first.. I know I need everything done by a dealership. But,I have Sparco Torino 2 seats which obvouisly aren't the stock one so my SRS light is on.. When they are installing my S/C and they go to do the ECU mapping with the Toyota ECU tool will everything be ok as far as the ECU accepting the new Toyota mapping tool and approving the new S/C or will it fail because of my SRS light ?
