The most problems are with the 05-06, but I think there were more of them. I have had orders from a few people with 07-08 s/c's as well.

^ there were two versions of the s/c kits for the 05/06 - the first didnt come w/ the shaft torqued (so a lot of installers were not torqing it to spec ...which caused it to fail) - that version also came with the shotty bracket that would break after 10k miles. Those issues sadly were with the first run (which was my first s/c before i got it replaced under warranty years ago)

gompka, on your website it says you bearings are rated to only 13,500RPM's

arent stock bearings rated at 65,000?!

Actually there's 3 versions, 1st the original, the one that had the weak brackets, 2nd the one that replaced the weak brackets and 3rd the one that has a redesigned shaft(which I have now, on my 2nd one of those actually).

How many of you guys having problems did your own install? Any little things left out of the TRD instructions that can be done preventatively? I just paid for an '07 version kit along with a TRD LSD setup, all new, never been used.

Also, anyone know an inexpensive place to get the TRD injectors? Kit is missing those.

Thanks.
