T3/04E, 11psi, and e85 - how much fuel?
Would 550cc injectors be sufficient enough for 11 psi with the following upgraded fuel compnents using a To4e turbo?
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Custom Return System
+Adjustable Fuel Regulator
+Ptuning FPR Plug
+OEM Tapped Rail
I know this would be enough for regular pump gas but would it be enough for e85?

Thanks-Im hoping to use the 550cc and boost the base pressure up if I have to but I dont want to exceed 60psi base fpr - Any idea how much power it would make - 11psi-e85-t04e???
Well not a MUST but deff better than returnless...with e85 you will need 30-40% more fuel compared to if you were using pump gas from what I understand. So the return fuel will help by getting the most out of your injectors.
Thats pretty good thought gotta love the return system. The 60-1 turbo is bigger than the To4e though right? Im not too great with the sizing of different turbos but am trying to learn
Yea 60-1 is quite a bit bigger. Im also on 9:1 compression though. Im probably gunna pick up some 1100cc injectors from ptuning when i get paid, and a second walboro, and the stuff to make a 3/8" feed line
Than I should be good for over 500 on e :D Ill prob have my 700cc inj up for sale in the classifieds soon
Single walbro 255 at the moment. I looked at the flow charts for them, it looks like Im pushing it to the max right now haha, im gunna be looking at going with twin walbro's or a bigger inline pump when i put the bigger injectors in this weekend.

Im at 78-82% idc depending on weather. Oh but I run 70 psi base fuel press haha - my rail pressure under full boost is like 86-87 psi haha
