Brett the turbo of choice( for the most part) for the Srt4's is a 50 trim ( spools a little slower than are stock turbos, but hits like a mack truck when it kicks in)..

But the guys who are running 60's are full spooling at about 3800 RPMs at 22- 24 psi and making 400+ whp, depending on mods and tunning..

50 trim! That is nothing. That is Turbonetics turbo they use stock on their kits.

I put a T4 footed T67 on an SRT-4 @ 26 PSI. Now THAT was fun car with well over 400 to the wheels.

Now Paul, I never said the 50 trim was the biggest and best turbo for the SRT4.. I simply said it was the turbo of choice for most of the guys and girls with skittles.. Dont get me wrong once they feel the kick in the pants a 50 trim gives, they always want to go bigger and better .. But we can buy 50 trim kits for $1800 and get 360- 400 hp.. Which is chump change for these tC guys who spend 5k for just 300 hp..

But we can also throw on a AMS37R and build the engine and get 700+ hp..

Purty aint she...

Too much bling for my liking, but seems about the same size at the T67. That T67 I used was a Q trim good to 770HP with a ported shroud S comp cover (like the one pictured) , T4 on center .69 A/R turbine and a 3" v-band.

You guys should tell Brett the differences in power band and boost (thrust) he's going to experience going from the 16g to the 60-1. That's the only thing that really matters now, isn't it?
