Default Taping stock fuel rail for return line

I have seen this discussed on here before, but I didn't get the info I was looking for from the other posts. Basically we have an extra fuel rail and we would like to tap it for a return line in my bro's turbo tc. He is running 550cc injectors and would like to go up to 18psi with a return setup and walbro in-tank pump. Question is, how much can the stock fuel rail support when running it like this? 550cc enough? I have seen a tc in the area with a sound performance kit and they run a setup like this with stock fuel rail tapped. I would love to buy a ptuning rail but that is quite expensive when I can tap the stock one for free if it will support his needs for now.

duty cycles gonna be high, i'd honestly say just save the money for the return system and make it your self easy for anyone with common sense..

Yea i know about that, any place to buy that, or a diy to make it? My main concern is how much power the stock rail will handle and how much 550cc with a return setup will handle. We want 18 psi for now, but if i need to upgrade injectors for this I can run lower psi until i can get the injectors.
