Default For those running E85...

How much boost are you running? Are you running on stock or built bottom end?How much timing are you pulling? How big of injectors are you running? What other mods to your fuel system? WHP?

Thanks

8.5/9 psi, stock motor, 700cc injectors with walboro fp at low 90's duty cicle. Not sure on hp, but according to Dynolicious and the FIC whp calculations I'm at around 260 whp. On my former engine, 93 pump gas and about 11.5psi I put down 303 whp. Which translated to 284 whp on the FIC whp calculations.

I would def go with 900cc's or bigger if ur going for 300 whp, unless ur getting a fuel return setup. If that's the case 850's and above should be ok. What r u waiting for? Go fill up and joing the e85 ARMY!!!

if you are looking for 10-14 psi on E85, go for 1000cc or bigger. Join the e85 army hahaha, it nice.. smells good, burns clean, good power..just have to be lucky to have a pump nearby

Haha im currently running my own blend E55 on my 700's and stock pump lmao. Im at 10 psi on built bottom end (WG spring pressure is 11.8 however car only holds 10.2-10.7psi) - 9:1 compression. I tried straight E85 at first but it was leaning out over 5500 rpm - which i expected soooo i was able to get it to run a steady 12.3-12.5 using E55 It feels much better than pump gas and after datalogging the stock timing it seems to hold fairly constant under wot indicating no knock issues - also im only pulling 3 deg of timing - i started out pulling 6 but brought it down to 3 without issue - hell i could prob run factory timing curve on 9:1 compression and only 10 psi but id rather not have issues hah.

Sooooo looks like even with my return setup im building and walbro 255 ill still need bigger injectors to turn up the boost to 14 Orrrr I heard the walbro will go to 72 psi, what if i just run a 55psi base pressure and keep my 700's? With rising rate ill be close to 70 psi under full boost

coryjames is running 900cc injectors, 12 psi ish, stock motor, FIC, and is making around 340 i believe. granted he has a twin pump setup and high fp....oh and he is also C&C tuned.

with eth just watch your egt's.....if you det your fubared on a stock motor imo. cause when you det on eth its bad because your already advancing that much timing.
