Default Coilover and offset on 18s questions

I am new to the forum so I'll introduce myself first! My name is Randall I just snagged a 2015 Xb a few days ago and coming from a long list of multiple BMWs I am in need of some help with wheel and tire fitment while on coils. I have a pair of Racing Hart C2s 18x7.5 My plan is to run a set of racelands (no need for the go buy a different brand I've run them on an E36 and have a few friends with them on their cars for over 2 years and zero issues. I've had 3k dollar coils and 300 dollar coils and for the look is all I need on this xb. They will suffice I'm sure if I'm at about a 2.5 inch to 3 inch drop with the coils will I need a fender roll with this setup?
18x7.5, 32 offset
Dropped let's say 3 inches
215/40/18
I can run the offset to 42 also but I like a little more of an aggressive look. Fender rolling is no big deal to me but I don't want to have to have them pulled. Did that on my last car and wasn't happy with the outcome from who did it. Thanks for the help in advance!

You should clear no issue without needing to roll the fenders at all.

For comparison here is my car with 18x8 +40 wheels and 215/40R18 tires on air. Way lower than you'll be going on coils and I cleared fine. Your set-up is less than 2mm further toward the outside than mine was.

Mine doesn't look anything like that any more. That was my previous build. I'm running 20s now and am still in the process of building my new air ride.

Here's the most current picture of this build.
