Mike didn't todd say never call, email, text, post, PM, or do any other form of contacting him? i recall him saying "you'll have my answer when you get a box of a envelope from me".

i swear to god mods need to be slaped in the face for this crap to carry on. WRU mods? o...wait... SL doesn't have any!

 

why can a customer not get in contact with the business? thats a load of bull.

 

If you saw the other post this guy made i could understand todd's frustrations.

From what i know todd would tell this on a tuesday he didn't know anything, and wouldn't know anything till monday. then mike would call or text everyday asking if he knew anything.

Now i can undestand wanting your things done sooner. but hounding the owner of a company doesn get his employee's moving faster.

Todd also works a day job now monday - thurs so he's not on as much. nor does he answer as much.

 

it was never like that i would get told something like it'll be shipped on thursday and then wouldn't hear anything ever.....

 

you know what would shut me up is if todd called,texted,e-mailed, or even pmed me a trackin number or stoped lieing to me and other people and just say hey look i'm a liar i don't have any parts and not except money if he's not ready. like i said i'm not hear to argue with you guys i just want answers and not a smart ___ comment like you ain't gettin shyt cause well LOL you'll see.....

 

but your A-hole questions get you answers? makes sense! had i known if i wanted things my way to just be an a-hole instead of a smart ___. i would have done that sooner! thanks mike i'm glad you showed me the ways!

Has anyone been smart enough to consider it hasn't been shipped yet and todd just said that to get him off his back? i mean seriously. mikes a pretty annoying guy from what i've seen.

 

annoying or not....when you spend your hard earned money on something thats holding what ever project you have going on....id be that annoying too.... he has every right to know where his **** is.....im sure youd feel the same way if you were getting the runaround too....

 

Eh i'm at about 3 weeks waitng. but i understand todd's been busy and some of his guys have been in school. i can garuntee mike has been told that but since he's a whiney little child he blows it out of perportion in these threads. Mike has been TOLD what todd knows. i speak with todd daily and we've touched base on this. Todd wouldn't lie to me about this subject because he knows i think mike is a jackass. Mike is just blown this up into somthing it's not all becuase water isn't wet enough for him.

 

Ok. I do not want to be involved in this thread what-so-ever, but I need to set this response straight.

1) Tuners blow up cars, not turbo kits. If this is news to you, I encourage and urge you for your own sake of your own motor, please PM me and I will suggest some reading materials so that you know the difference.

2) True we have shipped kits out sometimes with some components missing, but this was at the customers discretion, and they where forewarned. Sometimes, like for example now, companies like TIAL that make an instrumental part of all of our kits, are backordered on our stock order, which has been outstanding since the 15th of this month, it makes it hard to hold someone's order up due to that one piece. This is when the customer is contacted and the parts are held or shipped accordingly.

3) Mike and Dezod had one $35 interaction, which ended on a negative note and no other transactions have transpired since. EOS

listen im not backing anyone...its just an opinion...also, if he lies to any customer in general...what makes you think hes not lying to you...just curious....

Wow have you ever been in any of the TT threads? please don't judge todd's customer service by a thread that just slams him. you have a hand full of people. like 6 tops with these two threads 1 needy child has made. His customer service is fantastic. there isn't a day that goes by that i don't get an update on my parts. You're selling yourself short if you think 1 person makes or breaks customer service.

 

#2 is exactly what i said earlier. If youve ever worked anywhere retail or even have any general knowledge you would know that sometime people are at the mercy of the manufacturer and its completely out of their control when they get parts.

granted mikescion your not really in a position that has anything to do with that though...
