I had a car full of people 4 to be exact so bout 700-800 pounds and a dezod turbo kit raced a new cobalt ss turbo he had one guy they run a 13.6 here bone stock put bus lengths on him from a 70 roll raced a ninja 636 or whatever they at was dead even from a 60 roll till 130 zo6 vette to many to count lol I find fun wherever I go

 

On sad note a srt8 jeep grand Cherokee with a ecu tune put down 199 to the wheels yesterday before me he was literally crying saying the dyno was wrong lol poor guy. And got to see a 900hp talon do a pull and all I can say is omfg ba all the way

Yeah out here na cars are slow the new camaro ss runs a low 15 one with blowers is running high 13s on slicks new gtrs using launchcontrol run 13.5s lol altitude sucks but our thin air makes for less drag

 

I was about to say... those are low times. But I didnt check where you are. Low altitude does suck. We have a 2010 camaro here (L99) getting pro-charged with a D-1SC and big cam, full exhaust and other goodies... should be pretty nasty when its done. But I just cant imagine the look on a vette drivers face when your rolling next to him in a b. lol

 

Yeah but usually they are never sour they usually got a bigger smile on then me. my car has a name for it now I always get a hey my friend said u raced him and stomped him then its always my friends got a car u should race.
I think the 2az is one of Toyota great motors I put it with 2jz 3gste it loves boost

 

Exactly... thats kinda what I was trynna test. Its just that its rather new (in comparison to other blocks) and nobody I knew was really trynna push the block. But it does love boost!!! lol

Um an srt8 jeep puts down alot more than 300whp... something was wrong with the dyno... and u say ur running new c6 z06's? even at 380whp u bieng near 3400lbs+ theres no way... they make 420+ stock... and trap 125 with a decent driver :/

 

I must agree with soflotc. Damn I hate doing that. But they have 440whp stock and weigh I think around 3400 and the gear ratio is great.

True story, NA sucks up here. Even worse at 14000 ft. No fast cars run NA up Pikes Peak, they dont stand a chance not even lower starting at 6000 ft

 

Can we get on here with just a track time?

Spinning slicks through third on low boost, stock rev limit, no 2 step, open diff, stock axles, street tuned, never been on a dyno so don't ask. Hopefully we can get back this season and go low 11 on high boost after we get a diff.

2.2 60' and 1/8th miles were in the 8's and 9's all day too. We just couldn't hook.

 

ur spinning slicks through third? how much psi did u have in them and spinning slicks in 3rd......? doesnt seem right and for a 120 trap ur ET should be alot lower?

 

start a top 10 times in the motor sports section

 

We messed with pressures all day stared at 17psi to 9.5 psi. And yeah. With that trap we should be in 11, I know. We can't hook till freakin 1/8th mile on low boost.

 

There is something very wrong with your tire/suspension combo if you are spinning 3rd gear with "slicks"
