Ive heard conflicting reports on the size also - however I can tell you for sure the color is a darkish green compared to the color of the stock injectors which is like turqoise greenish. I can tell you though Ive been running my setup with the TRD injectors and my FIC for about 9k miles now. Im running a 7 psi spring in my wg but peak around 7.5-8 psi on my t3/t61 which is a fairly large turbo - and the injectors keep up just fine - im running at a perfect 11.4:1 afr under w0t boost right now even with temps getting down to 40F outside. I had it up to 9 psi earlier (making 9.5-10 psi according to fic datalogs) but had some fueling issues in the high rpm rang (it would go up to about 12:1 near 6k) so i turned down the boost back to 7.5 - i had the fueling a little rich previousely and it had no trouble hitting 10.2-10.6:1 afr under w0t boost at 7 psi so i know with the current setup im prob getting close to maxing out the injectors but they def have a little headroom left - the fic idc shows between 70% idc to 180% idc and once it even showed like 300% idc so i def wouldnt trust that as a fair estimation of true idc. However im looking to sell mine soon - I wanna go with 700cc-1000cc injectors as I plan on going to e85

iv seen 200 something % but it was narrowed down to a voltage spike so it happens and i dont think the fic is exactly at fault (in my case it sorta was). it was intresting how it happend, i was tuning a guy that didnt have the cam/crank rigged with resistors (using the fic) and around 5000rpms the car jerked 3 times and when you look at it through data log it shows the injectors spikeing in the same spot the car surged. it showd over 200% duty cycle on the injectors. Kinda goofy but i swapped out harness with one that had the resistors already in, ofcourse it cleared up the surging and the injectors didnt spike. so i have to conclude it was a voltage spike that screwed with the fic.

Hmm my crazy idc's didnt seem to have a correlation to any actual problems lol - afr was normal across the board and i had no weird stuttering issues or anything - kinda strange really it just depends on the day sometimes it shows normal 72-78% idc - some other days it shows like 180% idc - i dunno

I really think its a voltage issue imho...it screws with the fic hardcore...do you have a system?
