so the first reflash is for the ECU and the 2nd is the ecu reprogramming for the tranny. Is it ok not to do the 2nd flash for a lil while cause most of us won't have the S/C installed by dealer, so we're gonna have to drive to the dealer for the 2nd reflash...i was wondering if it's ok to drive like 2-3 miles w/o the 2nd reflash. Anyone done it? please help. thanks.

im assuming youre automatic. the first reflash is not for the tranny - it is for the new air/fuel map. the second is for the tranny. and most people get it installed by a dealership. you should be okay if its only 2-3 miles, just dont race it. im sure you know this, but you'll only have the parts warranty and not the labor warranty.

curious how much the reflash would cost you at the dealer ship or can you do it your self lolz!! i m new to S/C i planning get the trd by the end of this month hopefully if trdspaks doesn't run out of supply

u can't diy unless u have the instrument which reflashes the ecu (not the module)

on another note...
manual requires only one reflash, correcT?

so its just module or does trd reflash more like a thing you go to scion and get it done
