The factory heat shield mounts to the factory header.
I don't beleive there are any aftermarket headers with the mounting points for the factory heat shield.

Nope, won't fit with any AF Header.

Hey I was gunna say, next time you goto the track... Try airing your tires down to around 20psi, and on launch feather the clutch from 25-2800rpm, should result in a improved time. The first 60' really is the key to a good ET, the rest is just keeping your shift points on cue, and holding the pedal to the metal. haha

damn i hoped it would, do you guys recommend ceramic coating.

i dont know about 20psi but the lowest i took it was to 28psi and was dumping the clutch at 2200, not really a fan of feathering the clutch but i'll try it next time.
