What is the vehicle's top speed with the supercharger?
Does the ECU flash programming change the RPM value?

Mine is completely stock and I max out at 125mph.
I launch away from a BMW sedan and it caught to me once
my engine reached it's rev limit value.

you said it yourself, its reached the rev limiter. 127 is the top speed any tC can hit without some sort of e-manage.
