Default TRD Supercharger Balancing

Im searching about the balance of the S/C and not find anything. I need to replace the seals and since I need to part out the S/C I want to know if need to be balanced, I notice that it has a mark in the bolt and shaft on turbine side. It is safe to only put it again in that mark? Thanks!

balancing the shaft is better for the longevity of your bearings. But to do it you would need to take off your bearings and take it to a place to get balanced to 12,000 rpm then put the bearings back. The stock bearings are garbage, and personally i won't mess with getting the stock shaft balanced. If you do decide you want to though, atleast get the better bearings. I can supply just the bearings for you if you want pm me.

When you rebuild the S/C, do you balance??? So it is safe to just put the marks in same place??

I see your rebuilds kits and are the best that we have it accessible.

Thanks!

You don't need to mark anything when taking it apart and putting it back together. The shaft isn't balanced oem. I stress again to change the pulley bearings if you have the shaft out already. It won't cost very much and will be a lot easier to do since you'll have the charger apart.
